Traveling through over 70 countries, Chris has encountered many amazing sights and situations. From early on, he found his eye drawn toward patterns: juxtapositions of color and texture, shape and size. Light, too, whether natural or artificial, atmospheric or specifically spot-lit, stirred his imagination. Ranging from the formal intimacy of the Japanese zen garden to quiet reflections in a municipal office window, or the hazy skyscrapers of Shanghai’s Pudong District, there’s always an element of architecture or design in his photography.
